CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposit are NON REFUNDABLE. 48 hour notice must be given in order to reschedule & transfer deposit. We allow one reschedule. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 24hours. If you had previous work from another artist please book appointment under new service. Touch ups are not included and are booked separately. Payment for brows only: we accept Cash, Zelle, credit cards or debit card. For class: Zelle or cash payments only. Late policy: If you are more than 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. A new appointment can be reschedule with a new deposit. No call No Show: Deposit is forfeited and No future appointments. Please do not book an Brow appointment IF: •You are under 18 •You are undergoing chemotherapy •You are pregnant, nursing or Diabetic. •You are taking blood thinners medication. •You have viral infections or disease •Had Botox in the past 6 weeks •Accutane in the past 6 weeks •Organ transplant •Heart conditions, high blood pressure, poor general health. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
