💳 Deposits & Booking • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE • A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule and transfer your deposit • Only ONE reschedule is allowed per appointment --- ✈️ Destination Travel / Pop-Up Policy • All out-of-town appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking • This deposit goes toward your total service cost • Deposits for pop-up events are non-refundable and non-transferable Appointments are first-come, first-served and only confirmed once the deposit is received. Failure to cancel within 48 hours or no-show will result in forfeiture of your deposit. --- ❌ Cancellations • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 20% cancellation fee --- ⏰ Late Policy • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled • Deposit will be forfeited • A new appointment will require a new deposit 🚫 No Call / No Show • Deposit is forfeited • No future appointments will be accepted 🖊️ Previous Work • If you have previous work from another artist, you must book under New Service / Correction --- 🔁 Touch-Ups • Touch-ups are NOT included • Must be booked separately (recommended 6–8 weeks) 💰 Payments • Brows/ Classes: Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit accepted Now Offering buy now pay later payment options 🚫 Not Eligible for Service Please do NOT book if you: • Are under 18 • Are undergoing chemotherapy • Are pregnant or nursing • Are diabetic (consult required) • Are taking blood thinners • Have viral infections or diseases • Have had Botox within the past 6 weeks • Have taken Accutane within the past 6 weeks • Have had an organ transplant • Have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or poor general health --- ⚠️ Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
